This year the celebration is held at Blue Grass Army Depot in Richmond, KY in conjunction with their Armed Forces Week Celebration.

Join us May 21st and May 22nd in honoring our Kentucky Heroes.  The Madison County Veterans Committee is made up of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7098, American Legion Post 12, Marine Corps League Det. 1012, Purple Heart Association, 40 and 8 and Disabled American Veterans Berea Chapter 160 and Richmond Chapter 55.  We come together as one unit each year to Welcome Home Veterans from all wars. 

Planned events include Veterans Job Fair, Car Show, Veterans Golf Tournament, Kentucky musical entertainment, military static displays, helicopter land & take off, aircraft flyovers as well as other attractions.  We will also be raffling off a Honda "Big Red" 4-wheeler with cash 2nd & 3rd prizes.  Please check back for updates and firm schedule which will be posted soon.

Vending
Food will be vended by Bluegrass Army Depot Morale Welfare and Recreation Facilities and local Church & School activities.

Merchandise vendors will be in attendance for Souvenir Items. For a list of the vendors at the celebration, follow the "VENDORS" link at the top of the page.
